Fubi’s born in the heart of Viareggio and now loacated in the center of Pietrasanta, communicate the tipical desire for good food and good drink of the city.
We love the best raw materials, both fresh fish and meat. A restaurant where you find tradition with a straight looks to the future. All our suppliers are carefully selected with our dogma: respect the clients and the products.
Since 2009 I married my idea of cooking with the creativity of young and great chefs.
I love fish, already fished, searching for the best of local market new arrives. I select and serve the best meat in the world only with organic vegetable. For our customers as well as a selected wine list I also created the menu of coffees.

The new taste of Pietrasanta
Stefano Fubiani, owner and sommelier of the local in via Oberdan (the new loacation in Pietrasanta), managed, year after year, to combine the highest quality, fish, meat and curiosity unearthed by himself, with the dim atmosphere, intimate, where you spend more than once a month the culinary experience. A kind of miracle, recently awarded by the best guides. After the work with chef Andrea Madonia, in 2018 we learn to know chef Lucia Tellone, chosen by Carlo Cracco as young ambassador of italian cousine in the world. The search for a stylistic perfection and taste goes hand in hand with a determination to make great italian cousine for everyone, where the substance and material satisfaction joins pleasure and gastronomic research. The presentations and research, now also marked by a greater care, more informal, the dining service, implemented by Fubiani are, even more, increasing the blazon of this Pietrasnta new, casual, spendable, where seasonality and quality the fish are dogmas of faith. The dishes are stages where triumph beauty but also substance and popularity, relying on a few excellent ingredients. Dinner makes satisfied and the lightness of the day after confirming the belief of Fubiani: non- invasive cooking techniques, enhancement of the product. The new location was implemented with Cocktail Bar, for a complete satisfation of your desires.
